The company was equitized from Plant Protection Material Company 1 according to Decision No. 3112 QD / BNN-ĐMDN dated November 10, 2005 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
The Plant Protection Material Company 1 was established under Decision No. 403 / NN / TCCB / QD dated November 26, 1985 of the Ministry of Agriculture. After more than 24 years of growth and development, the Central Plant Protection Joint Stock Company 1 has become the leading enterprise in Vietnam in supplying plant protection drugs. With the motto: "Together with farmers all over the country strive for a clean and sustainable Vietnamese agriculture, for the prosperity and happiness of all families".
